No two days are the same. You'll work across a network of services, providing leadership support, mentoring educators, maintaining high-quality programs, and helping services achieve their best outcomes for children, families, and schools.

Your Schedule
This is a permanent part-time opportunity, working 30 hours per week across split shifts, Monday to Friday:
- Before School Care: 6:00am – 9:00am
- After School Care: 2:30pm – 6:00pm
- Block shifts during school holidays between 6:00am – 6:00pm
About the Role
As a Mobile Coordinator, you'll provide leadership support across multiple services, stepping in where you're needed most. You'll lead teams, support daily operations, deliver engaging programs, and ensure children experience safe, fun, and high-quality care every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and mentoring teams of Educators
- Supporting day-to-day service operations
- Delivering engaging experiences including STEM, sport, creative arts, cooking, and wellbeing activities
- Maintaining compliance, safety, and quality standards
- Building positive relationships with children, families, schools, and educators
- Supporting roster management, administration, and program planning
- Contributing to strong assessment and quality outcomes
You may be working across the following services: Algester, Stretton, Robertson, Carina, Eight Mile Plains, Buranda, Oxley, Ormiston, Holland Park.
Qualifications
Who are we looking for?
You are a confident and adaptable leader who enjoys supporting teams and creating meaningful experiences for children.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Working towards or completed a relevant qualification to work as a 2 Year Qualified Educator in QLD in accordance with ACECQA
- Experience leading teams in OSHC, childcare, education, or a similar environment
- National Child Safety Training completion prior to onboarding (via Gecko)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A current and valid Working with Children Check
- A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel between services
- Availability to work split shifts Monday to Friday
