About the Role

As Regional Manager, you’ll lead a portfolio of OSHC services across Brisbane North, supporting Service Coordinators and educators to deliver exceptional programs and experiences for children.

You’ll play a key role in:

  • Driving quality, compliance, and positive assessment outcomes
  • Leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams
  • Supporting service growth and operational excellence
  • Building strong relationships with families, schools, and communities
  • Managing safety, risk, and operational performance
  • Creating engaging and inclusive environments where children thrive

You’ll oversee services located in:

  • Ferny Grove
  • Ashgrove
  • Chapel Hill
  • Stafford
  • Brookfield
  • Mitchelton

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for a confident and values-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys bringing people together.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Multi-site leadership experience within the OSHC or education sector
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and mentoring capability
  • Experience driving quality improvement and compliance outcomes
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • A passion for creating positive experiences for children and teams

To be successful, you’ll also need:

  • Diploma qualification or higher in a relevant field in accordance to ACECQA
  • Current Working with Children Check
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
  • Permanent Australian working rights
