Sherpa Kids is a global organization dedicated to providing quality care for primary school children in their local communities. With a presence in approximately 265 schools worldwide, including 60 local services in Ireland now - and growing since 2014, we strive to make a difference in the lives of over 9,000 children daily.

As an Programme assistant , you’ll be the friendly face that makes the mornings & afternoons unforgettable for children. You will be working a minimum of 27.5 contracted hours per week across our before, after school & holiday programmes. Hours goes up depending on first drop off & last pick up.

• Morning/ Before school shifts runs between 8am - 9am.
• Afternoon/ After School shifts runs between 1.40pm–6.00pm. Availability from 1.40pm is essential, though finish times may vary.
• Potential school holiday programmes hours available (between 7am - 6pm).

Here’s what you’ll be up to 

• Be the superstar running our sKids programmes day-to-day – from set-up to smooth operations – while building awesome relationships with our school communities 
• Supervise and join Tamariki in awesome activities like arts & crafts, sports, games, offsite adventures (swimming, walks, picnics, movies), baking, drama, and music 
• Lead safe, fun, and engaging sessions that keep kids buzzing while making sure everything runs smoothly 
• Be the friendly, go-to face for parents and schools, keeping communication warm and positive 
• Guide, support, and inspire your team to shine and bring their best every day 
• Arrive early to prep activities, co-ordinate Programme Assistants, and set up resources for a smooth start
