Job Description

JumpCrew is hiring a Director of National Sales to accelerate new business and provide leadership for our national sales team. This role will be responsible for managing the national sales team as well as working to build out the organization and craft strategy for the future. As a leader you will be responsible for building long-term consultative solutions, and define the sales strategy and drive execution for JumpCrew’s owned military brands division. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of inside and outside selling experience and has no problem rolling up their sleeves, being hands on, and leading from the front end as an individual contributor. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves to have conversations at a high level and has innate creativity. This person will need to be able to craft vision and the brand in a way that expands the network of potential buyers.   • Own and develop the sales process for key, high profile clients. This will include pitching and selling to clients by phone and through meetings

  • Manage pipeline, revenue forecasts, sales activity using for maximum efficiency and visibility

  • Maintain high levels of communication and transparency with management, cross-functional teams, and business partners

  • Drive partnership performance, engage with key partners, and deliver excellent customer service

  • Proactively identify and seek out client and industry relationships to optimize revenue

  • Develop JumpCrew’s market presence for military brands in the US advertising market.


  • 5+ years of national sales experience, preferably at a major media organization

  • Experienced sales leader, consultative seller and have a proven track record of success in the region

  • Ability to hit and exceed quarterly revenue expectations

  • Exceptional coaching and leadership skills. Leading sales staff to achieve revenue goals and high performance.

  • Strategic thinker who can develop creative, marketing-centric sales strategies for advertisers

  • Excellent problem solving and negotiating skills
