Job Description

JumpCrew is currently hiring a Field Client Manager to assist in supporting our automotive clients.  As a Field Client Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the timely remodeling, build out, updating, setup, training, and operating of contracted workshops a part of an automotive repair shop network in Orlando and Tampa FL.

This person would be the main contact for all shops who have signed contracts, acting as the account manager, implementation manager, and project manager. They will need to manage the accounts and contractors working to upgrade the shops to ensure that everything is done to plan. They will also need visit the shops weekly to ensure their training and shop updates are proceeding as planned and to assist the Territory Sales Managers in providing marketing support as needed.

This role is remote based with weekly local travel to auto shops.


  • Execute, monitor, and manage the onboarding and updating of the contracted auto repair workshops

  • Be the lead contact for the contractors and workshop owners 

  • Manage all day to day activities for each shop as it relates to the upgrading, training, and conflict resolution as it relates to the upgrading and training

  • Manage onsite training's, review the operations manual with the shop and monitor their compliance with the manual

  • Key prospector when not working with a shop or contractor to support Territory Sales team to identify new locations that meet the core requirements

  • Cold call on these locations to introduce program and set sales appointment where needed

  • Assist Territory Sales Manager in setting/monitoring workshop scorecards, business plans and performance  

  • Be the primary conduit between Marketing of the Parent organizations

  • Manage introduction of and communication of new programs and events with contracted shops as required, such as available offers, promotions, new Products, Programs, and Tools to ensure understanding, participation and take-up.

  • Develop, define and recommend business processes to create more efficient rollout processes.


  • 4-5 years of sales/account management experience as well as project and program management experience.

  • Proven cross functional project management experience and working within multilayers of an organization.

  • Automotive industry and or automotive dealership / Franchise workshop experience and or a working knowledge of the Independent Workshop space strongly preferred.
