Job Description

JumpCrew is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join our Strategic Accounts team.  This position is responsible for driving net-new partnership business opportunities for JumpCrew’s sales delivery team, which provides outsourced marketing and lead generation services.

In this role, you will be responsible for generating conversations with businesses to learn about potential partnership opportunities and setting up demos for our account executives.  Our ideal candidate is someone who can dive right in, take the lead and use initiative to drive lead generation forward. This person should be prepared to join a highly energetic team with a go-getter attitude and tons of GRIT!  

Responsibilities: 

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities

  • Identify appropriate prospects, set appointments, make effective qualifying sales calls, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to qualification and then handoff to the Account Executive team.

  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

  • Perform prospecting activities such as cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn messaging

  • Research and evaluate businesses to identify decision-makers and understand client needs

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and efficiently drive prospects through the qualification process

  • Achieve daily KPIs - high volume of calls, emails, and linkedin messages 

  • Data entry of outbound leads into CRM

  • Seamlessly transfer qualified opportunities to Account Executives 

  • Respond to all prospects generated via phone and email in a timely manner

  • Represent and embody the Jumpcrew brand and culture at the highest standard, as this role will be the first point of contact for our future customers

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales role

  • Experience working in a CRM (Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io  is a plus!) 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 

  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Positive attitude 

  • Grit!
