Job Description

JumpCrew is seeking a General Manager/SVP (acting as group CEO) of Product to lead our TigerBeat brand. This person will be a results-oriented, dynamic, and innovative hands-on business leader with success in establishing, rapidly growing and scaling digital brands. 

The right candidate must have an entrepreneurial background with a proven track record of driving revenue through advertising, branded content and event sponsorships. Must also have hands-on experience with startup operations building and managing high performing sales & marketing teams on a multi-platform brand, while driving significant value and growth year over year. 

This role will report directly to the CEO.


  • Create the product vision, strategy and roadmap for the successful re-launch of the TigerBeat brand, including go-to-market tactics, strategies and processes.
  • Manage business unit P&L 

  • Lead brand positioning, messaging and value proposition in partnership with cross-functional colleagues; including the executive team

  • Skilled at developing and executing creative solutions for client partners, including branded content and native advertising across all mediums.

  • Elevate brand and product positioning in the market by conducting thorough market and competitive analysis, devising strategy for analysis and implementing analysis to make cases for future product versions and iterations.

  • Directly oversees all divisional operations functions including business development, editorial content creation and strategy, and website monetization for TigerBeat.

  • Identify and build growth levers that can help increase new customer acquisition, conversion, and retention

  • Manage product, sales and creative teams, including the onboarding, hiring and retention of team members.

  • Will also have overall responsibility for user experience and interface design, content creation, SEO/SEM, Social Media, web development, and editorial management

  • Effectively execute and deliver on advertising sales and revenue goals and manage overall business unit performance to key top-line business KPIs including awareness, acquisition, retention, LTV and NPS


  • Entrepreneurial spirited self-starter who move projects forward with little direction

  • 10+ years of business-world experience spanning sales, marketing, digital branding content creation, publishing etc.

  • 5+ years of product development and management experience, preferably in a high-growth start-up environment

  • Data-driven sales and marketing leader who lives on the intersection of brand building and growth marketing

  • Proven ability to build trust and manage relationships with the C-level leadership / managing directors of strategically important organizations

  • Proven ability to execute as an individual contributor in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, and limited resources

  • Outstanding people manager; ability to influence and engage direct, indirect reports and peers

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience is required; MBA highly preferred
