JumpCrew is currently hiring a Director of Marketing. This role will lead a team of marketing experts in SEO, Paid Ads, Social,  Email Marketing ensuring delivery of all projects, enforcing processes, measuring KPIs, and holding team accountable.   

This role will work with the VP of Client Success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategy and Implement Processes to make Marketing Delivery team successful

  • Coach, Support, and motivate team of Marketers

  • Hold team accountable to KPI’s and measure performance

  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects

  • Support Sales team at Pitches, helping to create pitch decks and be available to help close Marketing deals

  • Reporting on team data

  • Partner with Client Success team on developing client relationships and reporting

Required Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of SEO, Paid Ads, Social, and Email Marketing

  • At least 3-5 Years of Management Experience, preferably in Sales and Marketing

  • Experience with Salesforce, data analytics and project management programs

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 

  • Grit!
