Job Description

The new TigerBeat. Join the team and lead the re-birth of the new TigerBeat. The historical leader in connecting teen girls to pop culture, the new Tigerbeat influence extends to the post-teen market. JumpCrew is seeking a Brand Marketing Director to help agencies and advertisers achieve their marketing objectives on the TigerBeat integrated advertising platform.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and outreach to new clients, establishing mutually-beneficial relationships 

  • Manage and deepen relationships with advertising partners, both agencies and end clients

  • Collaborate with media planning and ad operations teams to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals

  • Work with Sales Ops Lead to develop book of business and outbound sales pipeline

  • Shape TigerBeat native and integrated content product roadmap, build campaigns and associated metrics with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Meet and pitch content ideas and media plans to agencies and relevant brands

  • Collaborate with media planning and ad operations teams to meet and exceed clients’ marketing goals

  • Collaborate with JumpCrew product team to grow the Tiger Beat influencer marketing program.

  • Identify and on board the right tools to help grow our understanding of the TigerBeat audience 

  • Ideate with TigerBeat’s editorial, content and social team to produce content that will grow the audience and be attractive to clients based on feedback from the field

  • Work with Sales Ops Lead to develop book of business and outbound sales pipeline

  • Lead effort to build team to manage and execute on client campaigns

  • Collaborate to help shape Shape TigerBeat’s native and integrated content product roadmap, build campaigns and associated metrics with cross-functional stakeholders

  • Responsible for Tiger Beats overall revenue numbers and KPI’s.

Qualifications

 

  • 7+ years of experience in online media sales, media planning / buying and integrated content marketing partnerships

  • Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets

  • Experience with national advertising campaigns and pitching national advertisers.

  • Influencer marketing experience preferred.

  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments

  • BA / BS degree

  • Strong established agency and brand network a must

  • Experience with Salesforce strongly preferred.
