JumpCrew is currently hiring an Outside Sales Representative to join the Sales Crew. Passionate about the restaurant industry and helping restaurants succeed? You are the right place, as an Account Executive, you will partner with restaurants in your territory with Premium Ice cream brands like Ben & Jerry’s. In this role, you will run the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing and everything in-between. You will be speaking with restaurant owners and general managers over the phone and in person. This is an amazing opportunity for someone who takes a relational approach to sales and is eager to represent the world’s largest consumer products organization.
What you will be doing…
Full sales cycle management including prospecting, qualifying, and nurturing of new sales opportunities.
Manage your own opportunities and territory: utilize online and offline sources to cultivate new leads and develop/maintain your pipeline.
Drive the full sales cycle through both inside and outside sales: make introductory calls, respond to inbound inquiries, assess business goals through qualifying, and close the deal.
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
Produce high-quality territory management activities, including, building relationships and providing education while developing building brand awareness.
Prospect for new clients via phone and face-to-face, including cold calling
Selling primarily to restaurant owners in the hospitality space
Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline and efficiently drive sales to close
What you need to have…
1+ years of sales experience, preferably a combination of outside and inside experience
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to think strategically
Experience working in a CRM is a plus! (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Excellent communication skills - no fear of the phone
Positive attitude and a drive to win
General knowledge of food delivery platforms a plus e.g. Uber Eats etc.
Restaurant Industry sales experience preferred.
