Job Description

The primary goal of this role is to manage and coordinate the support functions essential to the Sales organization’s productivity. These responsibilities include planning, reporting, sales process optimization, coordination of sales training and/or logistics, and sales program implementation. This person would work with the Manager of Sales Operations to properly prioritize each initiative, product, service, as well as to help improve processes, procedures and standards based on historical information and lessons learned.

Someone successful in this role has good communication skills and can work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the appropriate objectives and priorities are enabled and supported within the sales organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Serves as SME and point of contact for all sales/service processes including deliverables, contracts, pricing schedules, billing requirements, and sales technology.

  • Understands, monitors and enforces JumpCrews sales operating procedures

  • Reviews data and inputs as requested for comprehensive reporting, including but not limited to usage reports for sales operations purposes

  • SME for sales dashboards for sales management and executives. Work with Finance when reports need to be modified or created.

  • Extensive multi -tasking skills that require interaction Sales team, while researching resolutions and consulting with colleagues throughout the organization.

  • Schedules and executes facing fact-finding, problem-solving sessions.

  • Help maintain organization and accuracy of team assignments, new hire requirements & provisioning, basic sales tool updates and resource organization.  

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.

  • Capacity to interface with multiple levels of business hierarchy, up to and including executive level personnel.

  • Strong Attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with using Sales tools such as Salesforce.com, Zoho, Outreach.io, Ambition and more

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

  • Minimum 2-3 years working with sales processes.
