JumpCrew, a highly successful and growing Nashville, TN based sales and marketing organization is currently expanding the organizations’ team via the newly acquired Target Marketing, located in Florence, KY.  

Target Marketing is currently seeking energetic, money motivated team members in helping businesses across the U.S. grow into more thriving organizations. By building awareness, growing leads and converting sales, we measurably accelerate the revenues of our partners. We seek energized, ambitious employees and team members to join us in the continued evolution of our marketing and sales solutions for businesses of all sizes and annual revenues.

The team we are assembling for our expanding sales and marketing departments are invaluable in the growth of our organization. Creating opportunities, sharing our solutions and growing the business starts with a phone call.

  • Prospect and qualify new sales opportunities

  • Research and evaluate accounts to identify decision makers

  • Present products and services via online meeting tools

  • Utilize CRM systems to manage sales pipeline

  • Close opportunities and execute on contracts

  • Build rapport with customers through friendly, engaging communication

  • Meet and exceed established weekly and monthly sales goals



  • 1+ years of sales experience

  • Experience working in CRMs is a plus! (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) (if optional you can remove)

  • Comfort selling to different verticals and industries

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (assumed skills)
