Job Description

  • leads operations excellence: direct preparation and sale of the product as per company standards; execute preventive maintenance of shop facility and equipment for the best guest experience; strategizes with direct reports on continuous improvement efforts.

  • ensure the best guest service: motivates and directs the team to do what it takes to exceed guest expectations with great tasting products, through friendly service in clean surroundings.

  • manages shop profit and loss: assumes full responsibility for the shop profit and loss management by implementing marketing strategies, following cash control procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor and applying financial report analysis to enhance shop results.

  • builds team talent: provides constant coaching and feedback to leaders and teammates on their performance, company products, processes, and policies, ensuring that the team is being trained on the learning tracks. leads shop team in recruiting, selecting, and retaining effective talent.

  • ensures shop compliance: enforces compliance with government regulations, company employment policies, food safety, security, operational policies, and procedures relating to all restaurant activities across shifts.

Qualifications

- bachelor's degree required

- 3 to 4 years of management experience, experience in food & beverage industry is preferred

- experience in managing multiple business locations

- strong customer service background

- familiarity with profit & loss statements

- history of developing action plans 

- loves build teams and navigating through challenges
