o upholds company culture and demonstrates culture values in each interaction
o leads shift operations: directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt guest delivery.
o provides leadership direction to team in a clear and concise way
o sets an example for the team by working hard to implement shift plan and ensure a swift and smooth production.
o demonstrates patience and a positive attitude with the team while delegating tasks and giving instructions.
o ensure the team provides outstanding service: motivates teammates to exceed guest expectations with professionalism and in helping create a friendly environment.
o builds team talent: directs, trains, and motivates teammates during shift on each of the workstations as needed to enhance shop results.
o assists with shop compliance: adheres to compliance of government regulations, marketing policies, food safety, operations and jugofresh™ policies and procedure relating to all activities in the shop during the shift.
o assists with profit and loss: follows cash control/security procedures and helps to maintain inventory and labor costs.
o creating unique made to order smoothies and superfood bowls
o greets each guest promptly with a smile, a friendly and positive attitude, exceeding guest expectations.
o always attentive, engaged and curious about the customer’s needs.
- 1 year of food handling experience preferred, but not required
- 2 years of customer service experience preferred, but not required
- servsafe certification preferred, but not required
- loves working in a team environment
- excited about solving problems and flexible to change
- hourly pay, $13 per hour plus tips
