Job Description

  • Oversee execution and delegation of shop architecture for retail locations. All retail functions for: people, product, customer experience, brand and marketing, operations and production.

  • Hire, supervise and develop Shop Leads and Production Leads by providing leadership and direction.

  • Strategize the schedules for all shifts at both locations.

  • Work with Shop Leads and Production Leads to build highly effective teams by maximizing strengths and working through opportunities.

  • Develop strong communication with Multi-Unit Production lead to enhance your production and systems operations

  • Collaborate with Head of Operations in all strategizing for growth opportunities

  • Seek approval from Head of Operations for personnel changes within the shops specifically when compensation or termination is in question.

  • Maintain clear and concise communications between the shops in your area

  • Ensure consistent execution of all company initiatives and rollouts

  • Audit stores to ensure compliance with Jugofresh standards, which include all necessary certifications and logs. (expected to perform formal Announced audits, which will be used as a training to prepare the team for formal Unannounced audits, which will be used to gauge the team’s ability to execute responsibilities)

  • Routine shop visits, investigating and providing feedback to improve operations, shop appearance and customer experience.

  • Demonstrate ability to recognize opportunities to increase shop sales

  • Plan and execute strategically to enhance profitability, productivity, and efficiency

  • Communicate financial objectives to Shop Leads & Production Leads

  • Act as a connector, providing resources/links to leaders supporting in problem-solving and continuous improvement

  • Rotate staff for development and improved performance

  • Monitor all food & safety regulations and uphold quality standards in cleanliness

  • Responsible for quality control for production and final products for both FOH and Production

  • Coach Shop Leads to meet revenue and labor targets, manage shop budget

  • Pursue growth, through the access of tools and resources

  • Foster high communication and develop strong relationships with WFM Store Leaders

  • Promote JF core values

  • Ensure a culture of high vibration and team collaboration

  • Find creative ways to celebrate shop successes

  • Work with shop teams to root cause problem areas and develop action plans to correct.


Skills Requirement:

  • Strong leadership capabilities and a team player

  • Strong ability to root cause problems and develop action plans

  • Experience with managing a budget

  • Experience food and restaurant operations

  • Experience in customer service/retail

  • Entrepreneurial mindset, make decisions and take risks

  • Positive work ethic and the ability to take initiative on projects

  • Open to giving and receiving feedback

  • Managing projects and delegating (multitask)

  • 2 years minimum of managerial experience for large groups

  • Create an excellent customer and employee experience

  • Working knowledge of google drive and Microsoft office

  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills

  • Servsafe certification
