- Prepare all baked goods according to recipes
- Reviews production schedules with Executive Chef to determine variety and quantity of goods to bake and to assemble supplies and equipment needed for daily baking activities.
- Cleans and maintains work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Knowledge of supplies, equipment, and/or services ordering and inventory control.
- Ability to monitor and/or maintain quality control standards.
- Ability to prepare and bake a variety of pastries, rolls and/or other baked goods.
- Knowledge of maintenance and care of culinary facilities, equipment, supplies, and materials.
- Knowledge of food preparation and presentation methods, techniques, and quality standards.
job requirements :
· basic knife skills
· one-year experience working in food service environment is essential.
· high school diploma preferred.
· verbal and written communication is essential. Able to read, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate properly.
· food handlers permit as required by law.
· brand certification as required by law.
· ability to stand and work in strenuous environments.
· ability to pick-up or lift 25 pounds or more.
