Job Description

Job Roles

create a positive guest experience by proper cleaning and handling of all utensils, pots, pans, glassware and silverware.
responsible for maintaining proper sanitation and cleanliness of designated dish and kitchen areas.
clean, transport and store all pots and pans used in the food and beverage operations and maintain the dish-area in a clean and orderly manner.
ensure the kitchen has the requisite amounts of the above to properly open their shifts and that there are sufficient racks in which to place dirty dishes, silver, pots and pans.
maintaining high quality standards and adhering to processes

Job Requirements :
· one-year experience working in food service environment is essential.
· high school diploma preferred.
· verbal and written communication is essential. Able to read, speak and understand the English language in order to communicate properly.
· ability to stand and work in strenuous environments.
· ability to pick-up or lift 25 pounds or more.
