Key Responsibilities
Deliver a seamless, personalized, and sophisticated client experience from initial greeting through purchase and after-sales care.
Demonstrate expert knowledge of the brand’s heritage, craftsmanship, product collections, and seasonal releases, articulating features with confidence and precision.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through attentive service, thoughtful follow-ups, and tailored product recommendations.
Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and service.
Ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand’s aesthetic at all times through meticulous attention to detail in product presentation, cleanliness, and merchandising.
Support inventory management, including stock rotation, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records.
Collaborate effectively with team members to uphold a harmonious, efficient, and client-focused environment.
Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, and luxury retail best practices.
Qualifications
Previous experience in luxury retail, high-end hospitality, or a similarly prestigious customer-facing environment.
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong sales acumen with a consultative approach to client engagement.
Ability to manage multiple tasks gracefully in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail technology; CRM experience is a plus.
