Job Description

What you will be accountable for:

1. Bringing new leads & customers

2. Level of daily activities and results (appointments, calls,…)

3. Understand our offering and convey the value to prospective customers

4. Keep record of your activities in SFDC

Typical daily activities:

1. Getting people on the phone – high volume of calls

2. Convincing people to look at our offering

3. Setting appointments by phone or emails

 

Qualifications

 

  •   Great phone and communication skills – a must
  •   Competitive attitude & like challenges – a must
  •   Positive mindset & team spirit – a must
  •   Past success in software inside sales – a plus
  •   Knowledge of the talent management industry - a plus
  •   A need to be based or relocated near Novato, CA
