Job Description
Our client is a leading Network and Datacenter infrastructure provider with presence in major Asia Pacific countries and the USA.
ROLE
The Delivery Manager is responsible for customers' orders fulfilment, ensuring that service levels and response to customers are met, maintain continuous process improvements and provide feedback to internal stakeholders.
Plans delivery schedules to manage end to end implementation and circuit tests arrangement; facilitates and co-ordinates other related parties (eg: ISPs, telcos, vendors) to meet customers' implementation schedules.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Implementation
Implementation and related arrangement for internal and external parties directly to install end to end services to meet customer expectations with deep understanding of customer business requirements by direct communication with customer.
Orders Control
Responsible for every GS orders and manage service implementation and required arrangement for circuit test with Work orders and comply strictly with customer RFS (Ready For Service) dates and deliver the services.
Orders & related Database management
Orders and related database management for service implementation to keep up to date and accurate.
Orders processes & workflow system enhancements and Order Management Process optimization.
Support order process & workflow system enhancements and having efficient resource use, improving productivity in order processing area in the team. Also review and improve current order processes for all type of service orders.
Process improvements with related parties and support service transitions
Feedback and Improve processes to check Work order fulfillment results and to facilitate other related parties for improvement. Also work and cooperate with other related parties and support building order processes for new launched services to have smooth transitions.
Carrier and vendor control for every service implementation.
Place orders for cross-connects, managed CPEs (eg: routers) and dispatch with associated carriers and vendors to fulfill customer order requirements.
Prepare POs and voucher for success base orders in a timely manner with Purchase and Accounting team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree
- 5+ years related experience in the capacity of a project manager handling datacenter, telecommunication, managed IT services service implementation, setup
Working knowledge of datacenter infrastructure and physical cabling systems
