One of our amazing global clients, Pandora, the world’s leading jewellery company, is seeking an exceptional Fulfilment Specialist to provide direct to consumer/eCommerce fulfilment within their Digital Operations hub, in Copenhagen

Reporting directly to the Customer Promise Manager, the successful candidate will have a strong background in direct and online retail. You’ll define, develop and deploy efficient and effective processes for fulfilment and return of customer orders. This role requires you work with third part suppliers, carriers and in-house operational teams to provide delivery services to customers that are reliable, convenient and cost effective.

In addition, you will:

• Be the Subject Matter Expert on operational usage and configuration of OMS, ensuring the correct fulfilment “promise” is made to customers depending on where the stock is and where is needs delivering to
• Define the standards, KPI’s and processes that local fulfilment partners should be working to, working with regional Ops teams to ensure their third party suppliers are operating effectively
• Work with operational partners to root out systemic and process weaknesses
• Reduce costs through development of cost-effective fulfilment processes
• Work with merchandising, supply chain and markets to ensure the appropriate stock planning and reporting is in place to minimise sell-outs and overstocks

• Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience working in direct retail/online eCommerce fulfilment in a global matrix organisation
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Sterling Commerce OMS experience is an advantage
• Willingness to travel up to 30 days of the year
• Fluency in English (if you speak other European languages it is considered a bonus)
