One of our amazing global clients, Pandora, the world’s leading jewellery company, is seeking an exceptional Omni Operations Specialist to define, develop and deploy efficient and effective processes for omni-channel ordering and fulfilment of customer orders to the organisation within their Digital Operations hub, in Copenhagen.

Reporting directly to the Customer Promise Manager, the successful candidate will be an established leader in omni-channel fulfilment in the direct retail world, and be responsible for day-to-day operational activities to support omni-channel fulfilment. You’ll work with third party suppliers, carriers and in-house operational teams to provide delivery services to our customers that are reliable, convenient and cost effective.

In addition, you will:

• Be a subject matter expert in omni-channel service delivery and tool set
• Assist live service team with basic troubleshooting
• Create and issue guidelines for service optimization, inventory & capacity planning, and co-ordination with vendors​
• Monitor and support the execution of fulfilment orders across the eCommerce/omni-channel network ​
• Design and manage solutions to recurring opportunities that are identified​
• Develop instore processes to support various Omni services such as: BORIS, Click and Collect, Endless Aisle, etc.

• At least 3 years’ experience working in omni-channel ordering and fulfilment for a global matrix organisation
• Outstanding problem-solving skills and an analytical mindset
• Ideally first-hand experience of Salesforce, Endless Aisle, Sterling Commerce OMS or similar applications
• Willingness to travel up to 30 days of the year
• Fluency in English (if you speak other European languages it is considered a bonus)

Based in Copenhagen, Denmark (with global travel)
