Job Description

The Sales Executive is responsible for developing new accounts representing John Paul Group specifically in the employee loyalty line of business which works with Fortune 500 organizations delivering concierge service as a benefit to employees to manage work/life integration.

  • Generate leads through existing book of business as well as outreach campaigns
  • Present the benefits/features of all the offerings along with their benefits
  • Educate potential clients on the advantages of all products over competition
  • Maintain and produce required reports and documentation to communicate sales activity
  • Manage and handle all incoming sales leads from internal websites
  • Maintain/Update all sales materials including PowerPoint overviews, handouts etc…
  • Participate and support events/conferences that may promote sales
  • Research and analyze sales options
  • Maintain relationships with clients post sales process by providing support, information and insight
  • Asses customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Maintain open communication through different levels of the organization
  • Travel required
  • Assist with special projects as needed

Qualifications

· College graduate required

· Multi or bi-lingual preferred

· Possesses an exemplary positive attitude, energy and enthusiasm

· Strong technical skills and such as advanced Microsoft Office skills to include: PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook

· Ability to work calmly and pleasantly under pressure and prioritize workload.

· High energy individuals who like challenges and thrive in a fast paced environment

· Negotiation skills
