Job Description

Hands on tasks:
You will have 2 focus areas to develop further, lead generation through Paid advertising & maintainence & optimisation of reporting dashboards across all channels (Hubspot & Google) with one goal: drive & lead highest ROI, uncover gaps & opportunities


Day to day tasks:
70% Paid Advertising Management
• Setup paid advertising for our core markets across channels
• Setup paid advertising for growing and new markets
• Identify best practices for paid advertising across different channels
• Drive Paid advertising to be a demand generating channel for our brand
• Drive cost efficiency per lead
• Drive our brand recognition


30% Performance Management
• Work closely with other teams and stakeholders to ensure acquisition goals are met.
• Implementation of reporting & dashboards for our different markets & channels
• Continuous testing to prove hypotheses and recommend performance optimizations
• Build our marketing funnel, and report on it on a weekly basis
• Uncovering highlights & areas of opportunity and optimization
• Concept for data enrichment & continuous optimization

Qualifications

Must haves:
• Strong analytical ability, results driven and is an advanced Excel nerd
• A strong grasp of Web Analytics, Adwords, Paid advertising & A/B Testing
• Passion for digital marketing & staying up to date with industry news
• Self-learner, keeps oneself up to date with new platform updates & regulations
Intern - Internal
• Attention to detail & able to synthesize complex ideas into actionable recommendations
• Energetic & self motivated attitude
• Strong organizational & project management experience
• Business English

Nice to haves:
• SEO experience
