Job Description

  • You proactively build the partner business unit consisting of the leading experience gift voucher channels and our SaaS solution Regiondo together with top management
  • You analyze and implement international scalable, agile and cross-team processes and thus actively contribute to our internationalization
  • You closely work together with all departments in the business unit to develop, lead and implement strategic and operational projects
  • You evaluate and implement innovative technologies to constantly improve efficiency across all departments in the business unit
  • You actively manage stakeholders, prepare shareholder communication and constantly track project progress and maintenance of project documentation
  • You support in enabling the teams across the business unit to plan, lead and implement own projects

Qualifications

  • Above-average successful completion of university studies related to economics and ideally an additional qualification in the field of project management
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of project / change / transformation management
  • Knowledge of proven and innovative concepts and methods in the context of digital transformation and change management, e.g. design thinking, agile change management, blended learning
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills and ability to work independently
  • Your hands-on mentality and your drive for success speak for you
  • You feel confident working in an international high-growth environment
  • You speak English and/or German on a professional level, further languages would be considered a plus
