• 3+ years of Development Experience with Oracle SQL / PLSQL


• 5+ years of Development Experience with Server-Side Java/J2EE technology


• 3+ years of Development Experience in Oracle Weblogic or equivalent application server environment


• 3+ years working with XML


• 3+ years working with REST and SOAP Web Services


• 3+ years experience in varied technical position including Network Systems Management systems.


• Extensive experience in Unix Systems (Solaris, Linux).


• Strong working knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet and SNMP.


• Knowledge with LANs, WANs internet/intranet, and voice networks


• Familiar with a range of information gathering techniques,
tools and sources (eg: contextual enquiries, structured interviews,
observation, statistical). Identifying gaps in the available information
required to understand a problem or situation and devising means of
remedying such gaps.


• Dealing effectively with unexpected situations, taking advantage of opportunities and overcoming Problems.


• Strong troubleshooting skills and has worked with clients
directly and has good communication skills and has proper understanding
of deliverables and commitment on dates
