5+ years of experience designing and developing web applications with
solid understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript including ES6 and ES
Next.

Experience with React and Redux (other Flux frameworks a bonus)

Experience with other HTML, CSS, and JS Frameworks (Bootstrap, jQuery, etc)

Passable knowledge of PHP

Thorough knowledge of best responsive development practices

Awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and client-side performance considerations

Understanding of UI/UX with ability to take requirements and develop mockups

Experience working remotely with minimal oversight

Bonus points for any of these skills:

Experience with Webpack, grunt, gulp

Experience with LESS/SASS

Experience with automated front-end testing

Experience with Node.js

Experience with Wordpress and plugin development

Graphic design using Photoshop or other tools
