• At least 3-5 years of Java/J2EE experience

• At least 1 year of SOA experience (SOAP, REST), JSON, Spring Framework

• SQL

• Experience developing and managing deployment life-cycles using CVS, Maven, and Continuous Integration environments

• Experience developing applications that utilize XML and related technologies

• Experience with Enterprise Patterns and practices and ability to
utilize frameworks such as Hibernate, Spring, Aspect Oriented
Programming, Dependency Injection, MVC, Struts 1/2, and Stripes

• JDK 1.5+, Hibernate, Spring, Struts1/2 or Stripes, WSDL, AOP,
Dependency Injection, MVC, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, Apache
CXF, Oracle, Jboss, WebLogic

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other technical discipline

• Excellent communication skills are a must (writing, presenting, etc.)

• Consulting experience

• Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodology
