• Develop and maintain HTML, CSS and JavaScript for curriculum content


• Design, enhance and maintain HTML5-based simulations


• Manage PHP scripts and a MySQL database in support of an online authoring tool, content creation and user management system


• Manage backend services running on an Amazon Web Services (AWS) server


• Deploy content to, and provide maintenance of, a web hosting service


QUALIFICATIONS


• High school diploma or equivalent.


• B.S or MS in Computer Science or a related field


• A minimum of 6 years' experience with web technologies; including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and MySQL databases


• Experience with HTML5, use of the canvas element and multimedia APIs a plus


• Experience with responsive web design a plus


• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and EC2 a plus


• Object oriented design experience
