Job description: 
• We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst heavy on technical with background or understanding of API, database, data profiling and analytics 
• Have experience in Digital Marketing 
• Preferably understanding of Hearsay social or similar Social Media 
Background of CRM domain can be added advantage 

The requirement is as follows: 
• The person should be able to work with Hearsay Social Media folks to understand and document their feeds 
• Understand and document the feed needed from the client to Hearsay Social 
• Conduct data mapping for the incoming Hearsay social feed 
• Should have technology understanding especially interfacing with third parties’ APIs 
• Identify and document the end to end process flow for this feed 
• Work with the technology teams to implement this 
• Should be self driven - The client is looking at them driving this by themselves for the most part
