Designs and codes from specifications, analyzes, evaluates, tests, debugs, documents, and implements moderately complex software applications - 6 or more years’ experience using Java, JEE, XML, HTTP and SQL. Under general direction, devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results - Competent to work at the highest technical level of all phases of applications programming activities - Monitor program execution for expected performance - Modifies, installs, and prepares technical documentation for system software applications - B.S. Software/Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering ' M.S. preferred - Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills 

• Experience with Rational IDE tools like RSA, RAD or Eclipse IDK 
• Experience in developing rich UI using Angular JS or any other UI framework 
• Experience in development of complex multi-layer applications 
• Experience in development of multi-threaded application in interfacing with other systems 
• Must able to work in a fast paced environment with 30 day iteration production delivery. 
• Must able to start with abstract requirements and ask question to fine tune the specifics and deliver 
• Sun certification is a PLUS 
• Strong experience with Agile development methodologies / practices
