Responsibilities: 
• Collaborate and coordinate with product management, business owners and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, including development of business requirements with key stakeholders. 
• Work Closely with Interaction designer to guide and steer excellent User Interface solutions. 
• Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex design roadblocks. 
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering, including Creation of storyboards, development of visual design systems. 
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders. 
• Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards. 
Requirements: 
• 8+ Years in a Design leadership role. 
• Portfolio containing recent examples of best in class User Interface Design. 
• Ability to provide mentorship to Junior members of the team. 
• Excellent presentation skills, ability to present work to all levels of internal clients including high level executives. 
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Sketch and other visual design software. 
• Strong conceptualization ability, strong visual communication ability, drawing skills and sketchbook technique. 
• Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction. 
• Solid understanding of animation and transition states for interfaces. 
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. 
• Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies. 
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. 
• Knowledge of the capabilities and limitations of HTML, CSS, and Javascript. 
• Exceptional design skills, and attention to detail.
