. 5-7+ years experience working as both a Project Manager and Business Analyst 
. Experience working in Agile environments is required 
. Experience with JIRA 
. Must have strong hands on SQL experience 
. Accounting, Tax, Finance, SOX experience is highly desired 
. Must have heavy documentation experience, translating from technical designs & code intro business-readable explanation 
. Ability to provide detailed reports for senior management that will accurately represent progress for various projects 
. Excellent documentation and communications skills.
