The Devtest engineer role will focus on testing, validating & ensuring all software activities are held to a high standard of excellence. 
We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent team skills ready to work in a challenging environment. 

Primary Responsibilities & Tasks: 
• Work with development team members to understand product functionality. 
• Build automation test framework(s) based on product features and capabilities (Python unittest). 
• Convert use cases into test cases utilizing test software. (TestLink, HP ALM). 
• Ability to write clear and concise test cases whether automated or manual. 
• Reproduce production bugs in various lab environments and report accordingly (JIRA, Bugzilla, and Mantis). 
• Ability to understand and test against positive/negative scenarios in order to find bugs. 

Desired Skills: 
• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant work experience. 
• Experience testing REST API’s. 
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 
• Working experience in Software Devtest and testing methodologies. 
• Excellent teamwork skills and self-starter. 
• Working experience with white and black box testing. 
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
