Must have Skills: 

Overall minimum of 7-8 years of experience 

Strong hands on development experience using Core Java/J2EE. 

Experience building new java web application from ground up. 

Minimum of 5 years of Systems design, development and complete SDLC experience. 

At least 4+ years of experience with java web application frameworks like Struts, Ibatis, Spring and Hibernate at a senior level. 

Hands on development experience with Servlets / Java Server Pages / Tag Libraries/ Java Script 

Minimum of 3+ years of Application database design and Strong TSQL programming including the Stored Procedure experience. 

Preferred Skills: 

3+ years of architecting java web application framework for applications. 

Experience with Web services. 

Experience in Agile development framework (Scrum) 

3+ years of Microsoft SQL Server experience. 

Strong data analysis skills. 

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
