• No PM's (Strictly) 

• Prefer a development lead with SCRUM MASTER Experience 

• Longevity in projects

• Familiarity with SEO, Analytivcs, UX/ Visual Design, web page structure. 

• CMS Experience 

• Web service and web site integration experience with third party technologies 

• Release and deploy management. 

• New, sustaining and production support experience 

• Quality and execution 

• 5-7 years of real applied experience
