The ability to simply articulate key business questions and develop clear concise reports, dashboards and analytical BI solutions. 

5-7 years documenting user requirements on projects dealing with multiple, complex process areas and business groups. 

5+ years conceiving or designing BI solutions with a focused, clear, concise presentation of information. Designing visual BI solutions and dashboards is a plus. 

2+ years developing BI solutions in a MicroStrategy environment. 

Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities. 

Strong written/oral communication and presentation skills. 

Strong interpersonal skills. The ability to develop a strong rapport with business users. 

Ability to engage end users and determine the core business needs to address. 

Strong project management skills. 

The ability to express complex business concepts in technical terms and simplify technical concepts for end users. 

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to create and maintain detailed documentation 

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a collaborative environment. 

Ability to shift priorities to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. 

Understanding of SDLC. 

Experience with Agile Methodology is preferred. 

MicroStrategy COE experience is a plus. 

UX/UI experience and optimization training is a plus. 

Experience in the Direct Sales Channel a plus.
