* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Engineering or related discipline and 5 years of relevant work experience, Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology/Systems, Engineering or related discipline and 3 years of relevant work experience , or 9 years of experience as a Developer in development environment (such as Java/J2EE) in lieu of a degree 

* 4 years of experience with Java or J2EE 

* 2 years of experience utilizing one or more of the following: JEE Security, Java Batch, and EJBRoles 

* 2 years of experience with JPA/Hibernate 

* 1 year SOA and web service technologies 

* 2 years of experience using Struts 2.0 framework
