Required qualifications include: 

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS or equivalent experience 

3+ year’s development experience with a strong emphasis on web applications and web user presentation. 

Demonstrated ability with modern browser technologies including JavaScript, CSS, Bootstrap 3, AngularJS, or jQuery. Experience with responsive design and mobile support a strong plus. 

Prefer experience with unit and integration test frameworks such as Jasmine, Karma, and Selenium. 

Prefer experience in a continuous integration environment including Jenkins, Maven, GIT, and Grunt. 

Prefer cross browser, multiple platform experience including iOS and Android mobile browsers. 

Prefer experience in full life cycle iterative development; requirements gathering, technical design, development, testing and implementation.
