* 5+ years' experience building native iPhone / iPad applications with at least 1 application in the Apple App Store is required 

* 6+ years' experience building enterprise Java or .NET applications 

* Demonstrated ability developing with Objective-C, iOS SDK, and XCode is required 

* Familiarity with agile software development 

* Understanding of recommended design patterns and architectures 

* Excellent problem solving skills, creativity, and a strong demonstrated interest in mobile is highly desired 

* Experience with web services, JSON and XML 

* Proven ability to mentor junior developers and conduct design and code reviews 

* Experience with Apple's iOS Human Interface Guidelines
