• 6+ yrs of proven experience in Software Test Automation using Selenium WebDriver with excellent Analysis skills 

• Hands-on Automation experience using Selenium 

• Experience setting up an automation framework 

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience (no juniors) 

• Experience working in a dual-shore model 

• Experience in testing multiple devices, browsers, compatibility tests 

• Lead experience is a big plus 

• Strong experience on Agile Testing, Test Case authoring, Test scenario writing, Defect management, Metrics is MUST, exp with Test Rail/JIRA –added advantage 

• Subject matter expertise in functional testing 

• Excellent command over testing types, techniques and testing methodologies 

• Knowledge on Tools and techniques used in Agile TLC, Defect Management 

• Excellent verbal and written and content writing communication skills 

• SQL knowledge is desirable
