Key Accountabilities: 

• Gather test requirements 

• Develop, implement and execute automation test plans 

• Develop Test Design Specifications and Test Strategies 

• Develop and execute Test cases and Test Scripts for Automation 

• Prepare Test reports, Prepare Test summaries 

• Help resolve environment deployment issues 

• Seek out expertise, knowledge, and resources to develop solutions to problems 

• Participate in technical communications within the team and with other groups associated with specified projects 

• Participate in design reviews and make recommendations on site improvements 

• Provide input to improvements of processes and procedures 

• Participate in review of QE documentation and test scripts 

• Work on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned that will contribute towards team, department, and company goals 

• Communicate progress and escalate issues to management in a timely manner 

• Work on difficult problems of a broad scope 

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and development for more junior engineers 

• Estimate resource requirements for software test projects 

• Develop task plans for individuals or small groups 

• Work with management within the function, across functions and with external parties 

• Individual should be able to operate, drive results and set priorities independently 

• Be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert 

• Demonstrate favorable results through regular leadership and influencing others 

Skills Summary Required: 

• BS degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or higher Unit testing experience required 

• 3+ years of experience developing automation and tools using JavaScript 

• 3+ years in experience developing automation and tools using C# and 

• 3+ Microsoft UIAutomation interface 

• 6+ WebdriverJS, Java Selenium Web Driver, SoapUI, TestNG, minimum 

• 6+ Microsoft Developer studio 2010 

• work experience with SVN or GIT 

• Hands-on Experience in OO languages and API testing Exposure to Agile software development life cycle, Continuous Integration, and Continuous Deployment Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills DB Experience - SQL, schema design, etc
