Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience, including at least three years of development in PRPC. 

Strong analysis and application troubleshooting experience 

Experience on efforts involving full project life cycle 

Experience with designing and implementing high volume mission critical productions systems 

Experience with process architecture issues including business process flowcharting, user interface design, and business logic definition. 

Experience with MQ messaging infrastructure 

Experience with system architecture issues including data modeling and relational databases, object-oriented and modular design, moderate level of programming experience (Java preferred), and system connectivity and interfaces. 

Excellent verbal communication skills.
