• Bachelor's degree in related field (Business, Computer Science, Information Systems); advanced degree preferred 

• 5+ years information technology experience 

• 3+ years working with ServiceNow REQUIRED 

• Configuration experience in ServiceNow 

• Strong preference for Health Care, Medical Device or regulated industry experience 

• Experience creating workflows and forms in ServiceNow 

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills and proven ability to work effectively with all organization levels 

• Demonstrated success implementing, supporting and maintaining ServiceNow 

• Proven ability to create communication plans, readiness assessments and risk assessments for management 

• Experience troubleshooting and debugging ServiceNow 

• Experience working with the PPM and/or ITSM modules of ServiceNow 

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, required 

• ITIL certification, a plus
