BS or MIS in Computer Science or Engineering • 5+ years of Siebel UCM implementation experience with strong knowledge of IIR / EDQ , EAI, EIM, configuration and scripting. 

• Must posses experience working with Matching Engine, Survivorship rules, Batch and Real-time publish. 

• Able to formulate, communicate and implement technical solutions. 

• Strong Understanding of Siebel Architecture and Siebel Data Model. 

• Understanding of relational database concepts, strong SQL and PL/SQL knowledge. 

• Expertise in one or more of the following areas of Siebel UCM: Configuration, eScripts, EIM, EAI, Workflow Manager, SAP Data Quality Tool. 

• Experience with Requirements Definition, mapping and gap-analysis • Strong technical foundation including structured programming, and structured system analysis and design methods • Experience in application design and prototyping of Siebel systems • Proven ability to collaborate with technical peers • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. May lead or direct the work of others • Demonstrate a degree of creativity with strong analytical and problem solving skills • Strong with methodologies, tools, best practices and processes within specific area of responsibility • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
