It is required for the person to have vision, be able to think ahead, run simulations, anticipate situations/issues and have more of an architectural mindset. 

The test cases will run mostly in Java, but may also include JavaScript and Python 

QA; Java expertise in web application development; JSP & Servlet experience; 

Requirements: Leadership skills, architectural perspective. 

Be able to provide end to end solutions. 

Technical Degree. Bachelor's is a must, Master's is preferable 

Strong Java programming skills 

Strong understanding of REST services and at least 5 years in an Agile environment
