May coach more junior technical staff. Works under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. 

May consult with senior peers on certain projects. 

Typically requires four or more years of applications development experience. 

This is a contract to hire position created based on an upcoming increase of projects. 

The candidate must possess the ability to handle multiple projects and work without guidance. 

The hiring manager has requested 2 references for each candidate submitted. 

40 hour weeks with an 8-5 schedule. The candidate must be on site.
