• Experience with Policy Admin Systems implementation preferably Duck Creek 

• Strong P & C insurance background with emphasis in Policy Administration system portfolio. 

• Knowledge of Systems is a big plus (Genius, Atlas, PCW etc.) 

• Advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite products (including Excel, Outlook, Visio, and Word) 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information System, Business Admonitory, or other related field or equivalent work experience. 

• 3 – 5 years in an IT Business Analyst role. 

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and written 

• Strong Analytical, Problem Solving and Multi-tasking skills 

• Strong self-motivation with excellent time management skills 

• Superior written and verbal communication 

• Experience in working with consulting partners and/or working in a outsources IT environment 

• Working in a team environment 

• Ability to travel as needed
