Responsibilities: 

• Candidate will be responsible for driving the various cross functional initiatives related to Security and Compliance, including annual SOC2 and PCI assessments and internal control processes. 

• Coordinating across application and functional teams to deliver programs that ensure adequate security controls and processes that protect customer data. 

• This will require partnering across teams on the roadmap, project plans, and ensuring the deliverables are on-track. 

• Provide senior level communication and status updates, and proactively drive the work that remediates any risks or issues. 

• Provide clear visibility to senior management on status of existing Security and Compliance related initiatives, including all open risks or vulnerabilities. 

• Proactively evaluate existing security and compliance plans, and drive new controls deemed appropriate based on changing strategy. 

• Coordinate the response to vendor security questionnaires and engagements 

Requirements: 

Strong Program Management team leadership experience, including 3 to 5 years of experience in managing cross functional security and compliance related projects 

• Specific areas include SSAE16/SOC2, PCI, Application Risk Assessments, Network and Application Penetration Testing, BCP/DR 

• Strong communications skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to communicate across multiple audiences, including executive level presentations 

• Outstanding organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple programs 

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
