Responsibilities include: 

Develop, design and manage content, customizations, forms, and custom workflows 

Develop custom SharePoint web applications 

Handle migrations from 2007 to 2013 and 2010 to 2013 using out-of-box functionality and also custom third party tools 

Creating collaborative portals between user groups and sites 

Develop custom lists, sites, and document libraries 

Develop various automated forms, specialized web parts, and process workflows 

Follow SharePoint Best Practices in content management and taxonomy 

Assist in disaster recovery solutions for SharePoint 

Provide hands-on day-to-day support for users from multiple departments (e.g., finance, ad sales, legal, human resources, engineering, and information technology) across a diverse set of businesses (i.e., television, radio, publishing, premium cable channels, distribution). 

Required Qualifications: 

5+ years of relevant SharePoint development experience 

Experience supporting SharePoint 2007, 2010, and 2013 

Experience with implementing and updating SharePoint UI graphical elements, style sheets, master pages and layout files 

Experience with developing, implementing and deploying custom SharePoint solutions including web parts and Visual Studio workflow features 

Experience troubleshooting complex issues in multiple SharePoint environments 

Technical back-end knowledge of SharePoint server farm design, architecture, development, testing, deployment and maintenance 

Understanding of SharePoint web content management and search engine 

Current technology skillset includes: 

Windows platforms: Windows Server 2003, 2008, 2012, 2014, .NET Framework, Active Directory, LDAP, WMI, Windows API.
